工业锅炉水循环系统改造与水循环在线监测试验研究

摘    要:论述了在DG75/1.57-8型锅炉上所做的水循环系统改造与水循环在线监测试验.试验研究结果表明:锅炉改造前35%以上负荷水循环正常;锅炉改造后25%以上负荷水循环正常,采取的改造锅炉水循环系统的措施是成功的。所得结果可以应用到同类锅炉的水循环系统的改造中。

Abstract:This paper has been described water circulation test and remake on a 75t/h industry boiler(type: DG75/1.57-8) . The results of the test have shown that no water circulation problem will arise with the boiler load D > 35%D0 before water-circulation system of boiler was remade. No water circulation problem will arise with the boiler load 25%D0 after water circulation system of boiler was remade. The measures to take in remake water circulation system are successfulo The results in this paper may be applied in water circulation system remake of other boilers.
