葡萄糖氧化酶修饰电极响应电流的研究

摘    要:在一定电解电位和溶液pH范围内,葡萄糖氧化酶修饰电极响应电流随葡萄糖浓度的增加而增大,呈现良好的线性关系.葡萄糖氧化酶修饰电极响应电流随电解电位的增加而增加,也随着溶液pH 的增加而增加.

Abstract:For the Pt electrode modified with glucose oxidase,in a given range of electrolytic potential and pH,the response current increases with increasing glucose concentration,and the relationship between response current and glucose concentration is well linear.The response current for the electrode increases not only with increasing electrolytic potential,but also with increasing pH in the electrolyte.
