市政污泥预处理技术的研究进展

摘    要:厌氧消化是主要的污泥稳定化处理技术,厌氧消化前采用不同的预处理方法可以提高污泥的厌氧消化性能,污泥预处理主要是将污泥内微生物细胞破解,促使胞内物质释放,加快污泥的水解速率,提高产气量。本文综述了当前研究和应用较多的物理、化学和生物法等污泥预处理技术,如热处理、机械处理、酸碱处理、电化学处理、生物法等,分析了各种方法的原理、特点和处理效果及应用前景。

Abstract:Anaerobic digestion is an important sludge stabilization technoliegy,different pretreatment methods can improve the performance of sludge anaerobic digestion before the main anaerobic digestion. which mainly to crack microbial cells in the sludge,prompt intracellular material release,accelerate the hydrolysis rate of sludge,improve biogas production. The current research and application of physical,chemical and biological methods which were widely used in sludge pretreatment technologies,such as thermal treatment,mechanical processing,acid and alkali treatment,electrochemical and biological methods,is reviewed in this paper. The principle and characteristics of various methods,treatment effect,the prospect application of this method and processing method is discussed.
