环氧树脂E-51的水性化研究

摘    要:利用化学改性法将亲水基团引入到环氧树脂分子链上,制备出水性环氧树脂体系.用红外光谱对改性树脂的结构进行表征,并研究反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比、加水量及加水方式对环氧树脂水性体系的影响.结果表明,对氨基苯磺酸改性环氧树脂能够制备出稳定的水性环氧树脂体系.

Abstract:Hydrophilic groups were introduced onto E-51 epoxy resin by chemical modification method to prepare epoxy resin aqueous system.The structure of the modified E-51epoxy resin was characterized by infrared spectrum.The influences of reaction temperature,reaction time,reactants amount ratio,water amount and water mode on epoxy resin aqueous system were studied.The results indicated that stable hydrophilic epoxy resin system could be prepared by epoxy resin modified with 4-Aminobenzene sulfanilic acid.
