地龙抗炎有效部位的分离筛选

摘    要:报道了在生物活性试验指导下对地龙抗炎有效部位的分离纯化方法的实验研究。采用70%乙醇粗提取、大孔树脂吸附、硅胶柱层析依次对地龙分离,大孔树脂采用流动相V(乙醇)∶V(水)=6∶4时,硅胶柱层析当流动相V(氯仿)∶V(甲醇)=9∶1时,可得到较为纯净的地龙抗炎有效部位。根据红外光谱测定的结果,初步认定该有效部位属于具有苯环结构的化合物。其具体结构的鉴定有待于进一步研究。

Separating and screening of the anti-inflammatory part of lumbricus animal
Abstract:This paper reports the experimental study for the method of separating and purification the anti-inflammatory part of lumbricus animal, directed by pharmacological test. The steps are as follows: alcohol of 70% in concentration for initial extract, macroporous resin to absorb, silica gel column chromatography to isolate. A better result of purified anti-inflammatory part of lumbricus can be obtained by using the mixture of V( alcohol)∶V(water)=6∶ 4 as macroporous resin's mobile phase and the mixture of V(chloroform)∶V(methanol)=9∶1 as the silica gel column's mobile phase. It is characterized by IR to be phenol derivatives. Further study is needed to identify its structure.
