摘    要:以染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)的等效电路图及数学模型为依据,利用牛顿迭代法计算DSSC的工作电流,在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下建立了仿真模型。制备并测试了以TiO2薄膜为光阳极的DSSC。使用估算参数的方法对测得的数据进行拟合。研究了不同光照强度对DSSC输出特性的影响。仿真结果表明,DSSC的输出特性受光照强度影响很大。

Abstract:According to the equivalent circuit of dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) and its mathematical model,the simulation model was established in the environment of Matlab/simulink and the work current of DSSC was calculated by the method of Newton's iterative.The DSSC with TiO2 film as light anode was prepared and the effect of different light intensity on the performance of DSSC was investigated.The results indicated that the output characteristics of DSSC are affected by light intensity obviously.
