摘    要:为改善大麻纤维的柔软性,利用超声波预处理与柔软剂处理相结合的方法对大麻纤维进行柔软整理,并采用正交试验法确定了超声波预处理的最佳工艺。超声波预处理可以有效增强大麻纤维柔软剂整理的效果,与仅用柔软剂整理工艺处理后的大麻纤维相比,前者的初始模量和马克隆值较小,柔软度显著提高,手感更软;当超声波预处理频率33kHz、功率300W、温度50℃、时间30min时,大麻纤维的柔软整理效果最佳。

Abstract:Softening finishing of the hemp fiber with ultrasonic pretreatment was performed for improving the softness of the hemp fiber.The orthogonal experiment indicated that ultrasonic pretreatment process can effectively enhance the effect of hemp fiber softener finishing.Compared with only softener finishing process,the hemp fiber’s initial modulus and the micronaire of the ultrasonic pretreatment are smaller,and the hemp fiber feels much softer.The soft effect of the hemp fiber are the best when ultrasonic pretreatment technology of frequency 33 kHz,power 300 W,temperature 50 ℃,time 30 min.
