| 摘 要： | 采用德国西门子小型可编程控制器S7 200,完成了中水处理装置工艺要求的手动控制、半自动控制、分组自动控制和全自动控制等4种控制方式,阐述了利用PLC内部的输入输出变量,使1个带灯操作按钮完成1台设备全部启停与状态指示的原理方法。现场运行表明,盘面显示信息丰富,操作简单可靠稳定。

| Abstract: | Using PLC S7-200, four control modes in the wastewater treatment system are implemented, including manual operated control, auto-manual control, automatic grouping control, and automatic control. The principle of the operation using interior input and output variables to control all of the running states of an instrument with a lamp button is detailed. The reliability and users-friendly of the system are verified by production run. |
