壳聚糖接枝丙烯酸吸水纤维的制备及性能

摘    要:在引发剂过硫酸铵的引发下,使丙烯酸在壳聚糖的大分子链上接枝聚合,制得壳聚糖接枝丙烯酸纤维,用戊二醛对纤维进行一定程度的交联;采用红外光谱仪对制得的纤维进行了结构表征;研究了反应条件对纤维性能的影响。结果表明,使纤维具有较好吸水性能的最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖质量0.5 g,过硫酸铵与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1.5%,反应时间3 h,凝固浴无水乙醇和10%NaOH体积比为30∶70,此条件下得到纤维的吸水率为275.67 g/g。

Abstract:Acrylic acid grafted onto the chitosan chain was initiated with ammonium persulfate.After cross-linked with glutaraldehyde,a kind of novel fiber was prepared.The fiber structure was characterized by FT-IR.The optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the mass of chitosan is 0.5 g,the mol ratio of the ammonium persulfate and acrylic acid is 1.5%,the reaction time is 3 h,and the volume ratio of absolute alcohol and 10% sodium hydroxide is 30∶70.The best swelling ratio of the fiber is 275.67.
