制冷机组冷凝器的三维温度场分析

摘    要:以淋激式制冷机组冷凝器为研究对象,采用热镀锡膜铜-康铜热电偶实测冷凝器换热翅片管表面温度。利用Matlab软件实现热电偶热电势值与相应温度值的转换。调用griddata3插值函数估算出冷凝器其他各点的温度值,通过Matlab强大的绘图功能绘制出冷凝器的三维温度场。运用contourslice(切片轮廓线)函数可以方便地观察冷凝器任一截面的温度场,实现冷凝器内外温度分布的可视化分析。结果表明:淋激式制冷机组冷凝器具有很好的换热效果。

Abstract:The study based on condenser of atmospheric condensed refrigeration unit.The temperatures of finned tube surfaces were measured using hot tinning process of copper-constantan thermocouples.Converting equation of temperature and thermo-emf for thermocouples was computed by Matlab.Other temperature measurement points of condenser were estimated by calling griddata 3 interpolation function and imaged of 3D temperature field for condenser by mighty drawing functions of Matlab.It was convenient to observe any se...
