复配乳化剂制备乳化柴油的研究

摘    要:具体介绍了以Span,Tween系列的复配乳化剂,以HLB值选择乳化剂,进行柴油的掺水实验,制成乳化柴油.具体分析了影响乳化柴油稳定性的因素及乳化原理.通过适当的乳化工艺及合适的复配乳化剂,显著提高了乳化柴油的稳定性.实验表明:复配体系Span60/Tween80要比其他复配乳化剂的增溶效果好,不仅增溶的水量多,成本也大大减少.在m(Span60):m(Tween80)为81:19(质量比)时,最大增溶水的质量分数将近22%.

Abstract:This paper reports the experiment of water in diesel emulsifying diesel oil by mixed emulsifying agent by HLB value.The factors effecting the stability of the emulsifying diesel oil and diesel emulusion principle have been concretely analyzed. The stability of the emulsifying diesel oil is improved evidently by proper emulsification technology and appropriate mixing emulsifying agent.The experimental results showed the blend system Span60/Tween80 has better solubilization effect than other blend emulsifying agents.It is optimal that the amount of solubilized water is maximized and consequently the cost can be significantly reduced.At the weight ratio Span60/Tween80 of 81:19,the solubilized water content achieves 22%.
