摘    要:本文研究连续小波变换方法在焊接结构超声无损检测信号处理中的应用,以压力容器的三种焊接缺陷为对象,对缺陷回波信号作连续小波变换,对小波变换尺度图采用与时间-尺度相平面相似的网格作区域平均特征提取,并对提取出的特征利用B-P型神经网络进行训练和分类,实验结果表明:连续小波变换在信号特征提取上具有优良特性。

Abstract:The application of continuous wavelet transform to ultrasonic nondestructive inspection signal processing is discussed in this paper.The continuous wavelet transform has its advantages over the discrete wavelet transform,it can detect the detail of the signal in time-scale domain.Continuous wavelet transform is used on the basis of three types of pressure vessel welding flaws.Using a grid which is similar to time-scale phase plane,the flaw signal area average feature value is extracted from wavelet transform Scalogram.Phase plane grid is particularly suitable for the feature recognizing of signal both in time and scale domain.Then the feature value is trained and classified by B-P type neural networks.The experimental results show that continuous wavelet transform has unique characteristics for feature extraction.
