基于CS5460A的远程三相电能表的设计与实现

摘    要:针对传统的电量采集处理系统抗干扰能力差,功能单一的缺陷,提出了一种采用专用电能计量芯片CS5460A的三相电量采集系统,利用CS5460A进行电量采集,P89LPC932单片机做数据处理,通过Serial PeripheralInter face(SPI)端口传送电流、电压、有功、无功等实时测量值,给出了设计的电路图,并用软件实现I/O口模拟SPI通信,利用以太网实现在上位机上对电能的集中管理,实现远程数据传输。

Abstract:As to the weak antijamming capability and the single-function of traditional electricity acquisition and processing system,a three-phase electricity acquisition system which is imposed by special chip CS5460A is presented.CS5460A and P89LPC932 are used for electric gathering and data processing respectively.It can transmit real-time measured values of various electric quantities from Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI).The circuit diagram and the software which is used to simulate SPI communication are given.By using Ethernet communication,it can realize power centralized management on upper computer and remote data transmission.
