滚切式莲子剥壳机设计

摘    要:针对现有莲子剥壳机存在着效率低、破碎率高、通用性和运行稳定性差等现状,根据莲子结构特点和剥壳特性,设计了一种基于滚切原理的莲子剥壳机。通过创新设计改变现有将莲子切割与脱壳同步进行的剥壳方法,利用槽轮机构的间歇运动实现莲子割壳与脱壳分步进行,使脱壳更彻底有效。分析和试验结果表明:滚切式莲子剥壳机剥壳效率高、破碎率低、设计新颖、结构简单、性能稳定,能够满足莲子机械化剥壳的实用性需求。

Abstract:In view of the low efficiency, high damage rate, poor universality and stability exist in the lotus seed shelling machine, a new type of lotus seed shelling machine that base on the principle of rolling-cut was designed. The method of lotus seed cutting and synchronous shelling was improved by the innovative design. The machine was designed via the intermittent movement of geneva mechanism and makes the movement more effective. The new de- signed lotus seed rolling-cut machine with simple structure could satisfied the demand of seed shelling mechaniza- tion. The results of analysis and experiment showed that the new lotus seed rolling-cut mechine has more eft)ctive and stable and lower damage.
