摘    要:针对传统光伏发电BOOST电路升压效果不理想,输入电压变化时电压增益不稳定,输出电能质量不高等缺点,提出一种光伏发电组合式升压DC-DC变换电路,详细分析了该电路的升压原理及互补控制的算法。该电路具有以下特点:电路的升压效果较好,电压增益约为4.5;输入电压变化时,电压增益稳定;输出电能质量较高,电压波动百分数1.5%;电路控制简单。

Abstract:According to the voltage gain of the traditional photovoltaic boost effect was not good and unstable when input voltage changes, and the output power quality was not high, a combined photovoltaic boost DC - DC con- verter circuit were proposed. The boost circuit principle was detail analyzed, and the algorithm was given to comple- ment the circuit control. This circuit has the following characteristics : 1 ) The gain of the boost circuit was better, the voltage gain of about 4.5 ;2) The output voltage gain was stable when the input voltage changes ;3 ) The output power quality was high ,and voltage fluctuation percentage was about 1.5% ;4) The control of the circuit was simple
