基于S7-1200 PLC的电加热器模糊PID控制

摘    要:选用西门子公司新推出的SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC为核心控制器,以实验室自主设计的实验平台为基础,采用模糊PID控制策略,在MATLAB中离线计算控制量表,以在线查表的方式寻址得到PID控制器各个参数并在线修改,实现对电加热器的控制。利用S7-1200的组态软件,在线监测,得到清晰的控制效果图。实验结果证明,S7-1200完全实现了模糊PID控制,并且具有优异的控制效果,可以很好地应用到工业工程当中。

Abstract:This study chose a new Siemens S7-1200 SIMATIC PLC as the core controller,based on a self-designed experimental platform,used fuzzy PID control strategy,calculated the control scale in the offline condition in MATLAB,got and online changed the parameters of PID controller by the way of addressing and online look-up table,to achieve control of the electric heater.By using the configuration software of S7-1200 and online monitoring,the pictures of the control effect were got.The experimental results proved that,fuzzy PID control was fully realized through S7-1200 and an excellent control effect was got.So the study can be well applied to the industrial engineering.
