西北地区省会都市圈发展研究

面对西北地区开发中环境问题的挑战和呼吁理论创新促进快速发展的要求，分析了我国都市圈规划研究的进展与西北地区都市圈发展意义；用层次分析方法，对西北省会城市发展条件进行了比较评价；在西北各省区城镇体系规划与相关研究的基础上，分析了省会都市圈发展现状水平与发展方向。研究发现：西北地区的发展水平已经不低，都市圈形态也已初具，在区域发展中的地位不可忽视；西北地区各省区都市圈发展，已经进入规划研究与建设的实践层面；西北地区省会都市圈的发展，理论可行，具备基础，前景广阔，也必将在西北地区可持续开发与发展中发挥重要作用。多方面的研究探讨表明，省会都市圈的建设是西北开发与发展的关键。

Study on the Development of the Metropolitan Region in Northwest China

It had been revealed by substantial studies of every aspect that the development of metropolitan-coordinating districts had been playing a vital role in the exploration of Northwestern China.In this article,facing with the environmental challenge and the appeal of theory innovation in the advance of this sector,we carefully examined the progress of its urban planning research and cautiously pondered the significance of its massive metropolitan growth.Then,by utilizing the tier-analyzing methods,we made a comparison and assessment of the urbanization conditions among the capital cities of this area.Finally,based upon the research of the urban system planning and relevant investigations,we watchfully analyzed the recent status of these capital cities and vigilantly conjectured their directions of urban sprawl.Resting upon the inquiries above,we found that in recent years the urban districts of these cities had been significantly improved.They had reached the preliminary stage of metropolitan-coordinating areas and had been exerting a great impact on the sustainable progress of Northwestern China.A sound conclusion could be safely drawn that the further cultivation and growth of these metropolitan clusters in this region would be theoretically plausible,economically practical and future-prosperous.
