压气机轮盘循环寿命消耗计算与分析

摘    要:针对某型发动机的低压压气机二级盘未达到规定的6 000h寿命就已出现裂纹的问题,本文根据某飞机上的2台该型发动机出厂后所有的飞参数据,采用实时雨流计数法统计了压气机盘的各类载荷循环,并结合古德曼方法和线性累积损伤理论,计算了该轮盘在工作期间所有的标准循环寿命消耗。计算结果表明,轮盘工作期间的标准循环寿命消耗分别为10 982个和11 074个,已超过了轮盘的许用值10 000个;其中,地面试车及排故共计消耗3 411个和3 784个标准循环,远高于发动机的正常值,说明轮盘过早出现裂纹是由标准循环寿命消耗超限造成。该研究完善了发动机的寿命管理体系,提高了飞机发动机的使用管理水平。

Abstract:To look for reasons for the second low compressor disks had cracks within the required 6 000 hours life, based on all flight data of two engines in one of the aircrafts, using the real-time rain flow method to get various type of load cycle, combined with Goodman method and liner cumulative damage theory, the standard cycle life consumption of compressor disk was calculated. The Results show that the standard cycle life consumptions for both disks during operation are, respectively, 10 982 and 11 074 for each disk, more than the allowable value 10 000; ground test and troubleshooting consumed a total of 3 411 and 3 784 cycles, far higher than normal value in this type of engine, and therefore, compressor disk cracks were caused by excessive cycle life consumption. The research enhances engine life management system, and therefore improves the usage and management of engine.
