模糊自调整PID过热汽温控制系统

摘    要:首先对过热汽温特性进行了试验分析,针对工况参数对特性参数具有较大影响的汽温被控对象,建立了过热汽温模糊自整定PID串级控制系统。选用直接推理的强度转移法,编程建立功能模块化结构形式的模糊控制算法,通过组态实现了该控制系统功能。仿真及动态试验结果表明,该系统与原机组常规主汽温串级控制系统相比,对外扰的适应件大大加强,控制品质得到明显改善。

Abstract:Superheated steam temperature can be easily influenced by a lot of operating variables in utility boilers operation. Its characteristics under different loads are analyzed based on dynamic simulation tests. In order to improve its control performance, a superheated steam temperature control system is designed based on fuzzy self-tuning PID serial controller. Intensity transfer method is selected and some new fuzzy control algorithms are set up. It is shown through dynamic tests that the proposed control system has better adaptability to overcome disturbances than conventional PID control system.
