笼型异步电动机转子断条在线检测方法

摘    要:提出了一种基于希尔伯特变换与数字滤波的笼型异步电动机转子断条在线检测方法。首先对定于电流信号作希尔伯特变换并构造一新的信号,进而作数字滤波并判断负荷是否波动,最后进行频谱分析以判断转子是否存在断条故障。它的最大优点在于可以正确区分转子断条故障与负荷波动,这就大幅提高了转子断条在线检测的可靠性。数字仿真及实验结果表明该方法是切实可行的。

Abstract:A new approach to detect rotor bar breaking fault online is presented in this paper The Hilbert transform of stator current is firstly calculated and signal is constructed. Then it can digitally filter direct current component of the signal and determine load fluctuation status. Finally, the FFT spectrum analysis is made to judge Whether the rotor bar breaking occurs. The prominent advantage of the approach is that it can correctly distinguish rotor bar breaking and load oscillation. Results of numerical simulation and tests show that the approach is valid and effective.
