| 摘 要： | 在市场环境下,"水电竞价上网辅助决策支持系统"是水电公司参与竞价上网必需的技术支持工具。参照国家电力监管委员会颁布的《电力市场技术支持系统功能规范(试行)》,从系统工程的观点出发,探讨该决策支持系统的开发目标、模式及设计原则。提出结构合理、设计先进、功能齐全、实用性和扩充性强的系统功能结构,并在此基础上,设计了专业子系统和辅助服务子系统的主要功能。

| Abstract: | According to 《The function specification of Electricity market technique support system (Trial)》 promulgated by State Power Regulatory Commission, the objective, the pattern and principle of the DSS development are discussed in view of systems engineering. A general system structure that has a rational structure, an advanced design, a complete function and a high practicability and expansibility is proposed. The main functions of the speciality and the assistant service sub-systems are brought forward. |
