摘    要:基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的定子电流信号频谱分析方法,被广泛应用于笼型异步电动机转子断 条故障的在线检测,其中自适应滤波、准确滤波、希尔伯特变换以及起动电流时变频谱分析方法是典型且 成功的。在回顾这些方法的同时,分析了它们的优缺点,并在此基础上,提出了一种转子断条综合在线检 测方法。数字仿真及实测结果表明该方法是正确有效的。

Abstract:Rotor bar breaking is one of the frequent faults of the squirrel cage asynchronous motors. The spectrum analysis of the stator current, which is based on Fast Fourier Transform, is widely utilized to detect the fault online. The adaptive filter approach, the exact filter approach, the Hilbert transform approach and the time-varying spectrum analysis of starting stator current are usually adopted. This paper briefly reviews the four approaches, analyzes their advantages and deficiencies. Based on that, a comprehensive on-line approach to detect rotor bar breaking fault is presented in this paper. The results of numerical simulation and tests show that the comprehensive approach is valid and effective.
