升压式 ZVT-PWM 软开关变换技术研究

摘    要:分析了零电压过渡脉宽调制型(ZVT-PWM)软开关变换器基本工作原理,利用ZVT-PWM软开关技术设计了一个升压式功率因数校正电路,给出了仿真和试验结果,证明ZVT-PWM软开关变换技术具有开关损耗小、电源电压和负载适应范围宽、恒频控制和变换效率高等优点。

Abstract:Zero-Transition-PWM technique is the newest technology of converters The principle of ZVT-PWM soft switching converter is analyzed A boost ZVT-PWM PFC converter is designed The simulation and measurement results are given It is indicated that ZVT-PWM soft switching technique has such advantages as less switching losses,wide ranges if line voltage and load,constant frequency control,and higher converting efficiency
