汽轮发电机过热故障在线监测与诊断

摘    要:提出在正常运行条件下(无任何故障,运行状态良好)汽轮发电机定子绕组铜温及出水温度(标准温度)计算方法,通过分析标准温度和实际温度测量值的偏差,来确定发电机定子本身是否发生水堵等过热故障,并借助于发电机的其它辅助工况参数来对故障进行定位。它比巡测仪等温度越限报警装置发现故障要灵敏得多。这为充分利用原已安装的发电机传感器开发在线故障监测与诊断系统提供了一种新的尝试。

Abstract:A calculating method for the standard temperature of the stator coil and that of cool water in turbin-generator,which should be in normal operating condition,is put forward.Whether there are over-heating faults within the stator of a generator can be judged by the bias between the above standard temperature and the measured one.If faults exist,they can be located by analyzing other related operating parameters.The proposed method is more sensitive to the faults than patrol instruments.It is a tentative new way to develop the on-line fault diagnosis system with originally installed sensors in turbo-generators.
