用数值模拟方法进行脱硫塔的优化设计

摘    要:基于多相流数值模拟,进行了湿法脱硫喷淋塔的优化设计研究,气相湍流由标准模型描述,喷淋液滴由确定颗粒轨道模型描述,通过对流场和温度场模拟计算得到优化设计结果是烟气入口向下倾斜15°,喷嘴采用高低位布置,在喷雾区加装环形导流分布器,可使脱硫塔流场右侧湍流强度明显增加,左侧烟气贴壁流动有所改善,脱硫塔内流场分布更加合理,塔出口温度低于优化前温度,增加气液传质、传热,提高脱硫效率。

Abstract:Based on numerical simulation of multiphase flow,Optimization design of the desulphurization spray tower was carried out.The flue gas flow was described using standard k-ε turbulence model and the motion of the liquid droplets was described using the particle path model.The simulation results of the flow and temperature fields indicated the angle of the flue gas entrance was down to 15°,the nozzles were laid in high and low combines,installed the flue gas distributor in area of atomization down spray layers were optimization.That made the turbulence in right side of the tower was intensified;the flue gas stuck tower wall had an improvement in left side of the tower.The distribution of flow field was more rational.The gas temperature of the export was lower than before.The contact rate of desulphurization agent with SO2 was increased and the efficiency of desulphurization was enhanced
