大型燃煤火电机组节能评价与系统优化

摘    要:加强大型燃煤发电机组的能效分析与节能管理,有效降低已投运机组的能耗水平,在当前仍然是重要和紧迫的任务。基于系统节能评价技术与耗差分析方法,选取两台当前火电主力600 MW等级机组,按照科学的节能评估方法学,通过对系统、设备运行经济性水平开展系统性评估,准确掌握当前能耗水平偏差,科学识别和分析节能潜力,有针对性地提出系统的节能技术改造、检修优化措施,取得了良好的节能降耗效果。

Abstract:It is important and urgent for large coal-fired power units to improve the energy-effectiveness analysis and energy-saving management so as to reduce the energy consumption level for the units in operation.Taking two 600MW coal-fired power units for instance,the energy-saving evaluation technology and energy-loss analysis method was introduced to evaluate the economic performance of systems and equipment,analyze the current deviation of energy consumption and determine the energy-saving potential of power units.Based on this,several optimized solutions were performed on energy-saving retrofit and maintenance optimization,which made favorable energy conservation and consumption reduction.
