| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种可进行电厂运行人员和热工检修人员培训的多功能的600MW火电机组的激励式DCS仿真培训装置。仿真机的激励式DCS仿真系统在软、硬件方面均与实际机组采用的DCS系统完全一致,可实现实际系统控制组态和监控画面直接下装到仿真装置并应用于仿真培训。为了实现电厂操作人员的运行培训和热工人员的控制系统的热工试验培训,该仿真机以STAR-90仿真支撑系统软件为平台,研制开发了激励式DCS仿真系统控制软件,以此实现了激励DCS仿真系统和纯仿真控制系统单独或并列运行,达到了同时进行电厂热工维护和运行人员的培训目的。本仿真系统已成功应用于某电厂的仿真培训并取得了较好的培训效果。

| Abstract: | The hardware and software of the DCS hardware-in-loop simulation system are same with that of the real unit. Based on the STAR-90 Simulation Supporting System, excepting for independently running on the base of the host computer, the simulation system can also run with the mode. The unit model runs on the host computer and the thermal control system model runs on DCS hardware, with communicating through the fast Ethernet. The simulation system can be used to train the engineers as well as operating personnel. |
