| 摘 要： | 针对电力负荷预测技术的发展状况，总结了电力负荷预测的现代特征，即预测定量化、面对数据分析以及定量定性预测相结合等，这些特征指明了负荷预测发展和应用的方向。在此基础上，对几种新的预测技术，如灰色预测技术、优选组合预测技术、专家系统预测技术以及神经网络预测技术进行了分析比较，指出了各种预测方法的特点及适用范围。
