笼型异步电动机转子断条在线检测新方法

摘    要:转子断条是笼型异步电动机常见的一种故障,采用快速傅立叶变换对定子电流进行频谱分析是目前应用最广泛的转子断条在线检测方法,但是存在灵敏度低的缺点。本文采用连续细化分析的傅立叶变换方法,借助异步电动机定子电压过零时刻提取电路,提出了一种新的转子断条在线检测方法。该方法可以提高检测转子断条故障的灵敏度。数字仿真及实验结果均证明了该方法的准确性和实用性。应用该方法已经研制成功了笼型异步电动机转子断条在线检测装置。

Abstract:Rotor bar breaking is one of the most frequent faults of squirrel cage asynchronous motors The frequency spectrum analysis of the stator current based on Fast Fourier Transform is widely utilized,but its sensitivity is inferior This paper presents a new on-line monitoring method of the rotor bar breaking fault in squirrel cage asynchronous motors by introducing an extracting circuit at the time when the stator voltage equals zero The mathematical basis of the method is continuous subdivision Fourier Transform The presented method improves the monitoring sensitivity of rotor bar breaking fault Results of numeral simulation and experiment show that the method is accurate and practical An on-line monitoring apparatus has been developed successfully
