基于Ansys的齿轮接触应力分析

摘    要:利用Ansys软件对齿轮进行有限元仿真分析,从网格精度和加载方式两方面寻求最佳模型,分析了不同齿宽情况下齿面接触应力与理论结果的误差,为齿轮的优化设计和可靠性设计奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:FEM analysis has been carried out for gears by using software Ansys in this article.The errors between gears contact stress and the theoretical results have been worked out in various tooth breadths,so as to obtain the optimized model in both grid precision and loading mode,which will offer a solid foundation for the optimized and reliable design of gears.
