| 摘 要： | 已诞生100多年的"田园城市"理论对于当前我国新建开发区的开发与建设具有重要的指导意义。从当前我国城市发展中存在的"摊大饼"式空间扩展以及城乡分离等问题出发,在梳理"田园城市"理论的核心思想以及探讨其对开发区建设指导意义的基础上,探讨在"田园城市"理念指引下开发区的理想构图,即城市组团、城市综合体、都市绿地系统和都市农业、快捷交通体系以及开发区在城市建设、产业发展、城乡统筹、社会管理、政策制定等方面发展思路。

| Abstract: | The ＂Garden City＂ theory with more than 100 years old has an important guiding significance for the construction of new development zones.At present,the urban of China has some problems,such as continuous development and urban-rural separation.Based on the analysis of the core idea of ＂ garden city＂ theory and the study on the significance for development zone construction,the ideal composition including city group,city complex,urban green space system,urban agriculture,and rapid transit system of development zone and the developing tactics including city construction,industrial development,urban-rural integration,social management and policy formulation,were discussed. |
