| 摘 要： | 我国农民素质的现状是数量大、科技文化素质偏低，农民法律意识淡薄，农村的职业教育和农民的成人培训仍很薄弱，农民的心理素质和观念方面存在一些缺陷。农民素质偏低增加了解决“三农”问题的难度，因此，提出提高农民素质的若干措施。
