基于C++ Builder的锅炉监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对上海新奥托实业有限公司的EFPT-1-01型过程控制实验装置开发了一套计算机监控系统,该系统能够对锅炉运行中的温度、液位、压力、流量、阀门开度以及马达频率等参数进行在线检测,并可实现对锅炉液位和温度的定值控制。在监控系统中对实验装置的不同对象模型采用了不同的控制算法,其中锅炉液位系统采用了改进的PID算法,锅炉温度系统采用了模糊算法,通过实验调试,控制曲线超调小,过渡时间短,控制效果比较理想。

Abstract:This paper is mainly about the design of a control system which controls water level and temperature of boiler based on the equipment called EFPT-1-01model made by a componey in Shanghai.It can measure several parameters of boiler on-line,such as temperature,water level,pressure,flux,value position and motor frequency and so on.The control system uses different algorithm to control different object type of the equipment.Improved PID algorithm is used to control water level,and fuzzy algorithm is used to control temperature in the system.The result indicates that the control curve is good and the control scheme is effective.
