| 摘 要： | 对现今的女大学生来说，毕业后的择业仍然是个难题。社会性别观念与传统社会性别制度影响着女性的职业自我效能感，进而影响着女大学生的择业兴趣、决策和行为。可以通过职业辅导、职业培训等方法和手段开展增强女性职业自我效能感的辅导。
