新建应用型本科院校学生工程素质培养路径的探讨

分析了应用型本科院校培养学生工程素质的必要性。以成都工业学院工程素质训练课程“认识工厂”为例，通过整合教学资源、改革课程内容、创新教学手段、提高实践教师教学技能、构建保障体系等措施，培养学生工程实践观念和意识，提高解决实际问题的能力，加强学生职业责任感、交流能力和团队合作能力，为实现新建本科院校应用型人才目标培养奠定坚实基础。

Research on the Path of Cultivating Students ’Engineering Quality for Undergraduates in New Application Oriented Universities

Analyzing the necessity of cultivating students’engineering quality of appliction oriented colleges and Taking the industrial engineering quality of training courses “knowledge factory” in Chengdu Technological University as an example, this article lays a solid foundation for the realization of the goal of newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities application talents cultivating.Through the following ways, including integration of teaching resources, reformation of the course content, innovation of teaching methods, improvement of teaching skills, this article discusses the measures of building a security system, training students’engineering practice and awareness, increasing the ability of solving problems in the real field, strengthening students’professional responsibility, communication ability and the team cooperation ability.
