高职高专学生“软技能”培养模式的探索

随着科技的发展和技术的不断更新,高职高专在培养学生必备的硬技能的同时,还应关注和培养学生的软技能。这样的学生才能既具有传统的优势——“动手快” ,而且为将来获得广阔的发展空间——“后劲足”。本文简要阐述了软技能的重要性以及高职高专学生的现状,并对如何培养和提高高职高专学生的软技能进行了思考和总结。

A Tentative Mode of Developing Comprehensive Qualities of Higher Vocational College Students

With the development of society and technology,higher vocational colleges should cultivate their students’ qualities as well as their technical skills.Only in this training mode can students gain both the traditional professional skills and the comprehensive qualities for their further development.Briefly describing the importance of these qualities and the status quo of the students at higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the cultivation and improvement of the students’ comprehensive qualities at higher vocational colleges.
