摘    要:以成都工业学院"材料成型及控制工程卓越工程师计划"实施为例,探讨了特色型的专业人才培养方案、合理的课程体系、"双师双能型"的师资队伍、深度合作的校外实践基地是实施"卓越工程师计划"的四个关键要素,以期为应用型本科院校同类专业实施"卓越工程师计划"提供借鉴。

Key Factors for the Implementation of the Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers

Abstract:Taking "the Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"of Material Shaping and Control Engineering Specialty of Chengdu Technological University for example,four key factors to implement the program were summarized in this paper. The key factors included specialization personnel cultivating system,reasonable curriculum system,teaching staff with"Double Certificates and Double Capacity "and off-campus practice bases based on deep cooperation. Moreover,some advices were given to provide experience and reference for the implementation of"The Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"for application-oriented universities.
