| 摘 要： | 低碳经济时代,LED作为绿色工程,正在照明和LCD背光源领域积极推广应用,其标称使用寿命高达10万小时。但是由于馈电方式和散热结构等问题,设计使用不当会造成LED使用寿命的大大缩短。本文通过LED的伏安特性,分析恒压和恒流两种馈电方式对LED光源应用的影响,指出作为光源应用的LED必须采用恒流源馈电方式。
