Cooperation Between Colleges and Enterprises to Develop High-Quality Personnel

In order to raise the key competitive ability and innovative ability of our nation,it is necessary to develop high-quality personnel to improve the overall quality of industry workers,thus to realize the goal of strengthening our nation by talents.Developing high-quality personnel is significant in developing people's full-scale ability,in building a well-to-do society,in creating a fresh situation of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,in realizing the goal of scientific development,and in building a harmonious society.This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional mode of personnel training,and proposes a new mode of cultivating high-quality personnel and the reason why there is room for a rapid development for this new mode.Finally,the paper points out the weakness of this new mode.
