| 摘 要： | 招收留学生对我国各高等院校具有长远意义，留学生的全英文教学也越来越受各大高校的重视，依据我校留学生的教学情况，介绍了对外国留学生开设石油工程课程全英语教学的教学经验，以及对教师的教学促进和成长过程，探讨了大学教师如何关注学生的学习与进步进而实现自己教学成长之道。
