| 摘 要： | 立足于高等教育改革的新形势,着眼于高校思想政治工作的神圣使命,对辅导员的工作宗旨进行了分析,提出了加强和改进大学生思想政治工作要从辅导员入手的观点,并论述了当前辅导员的三项重要工作任务.
