| 摘 要： | 根据苏丹油田某区块地层泥页岩的矿物组成、微观结构及理化性能资料,研究出适于该油田并能保护油气层的硅基钻井液体系的基本配方,评价了其防塌性能、抗钻屑污染能力及抗温能力,并解释其防塌机理。现场应用表明,该体系维护容易,防塌效果明显。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of mineral compositions,micro-structure and physical-chemical properties of mud rock and shale in the formation of Sudan Oilfield,a formulation of silica-potassium base and anti-collapsing drilling fluid system is developed.Its anti-collapsing performance,ability of rock cuttings contamination resistance and temperature resistance are evaluated,and its anti-collapsing mechanism is explained.Field application indicates that the system is easily to be maintained with good anti-collapsing effect. |
