| 摘 要： | 随着国家就业制度的改革和高等教育大众化时代的到来,社会对高等教育提出了更高的要求,实施全程化就业指导已成为历史的必然.探讨了思想政治教育和就业指导在对象、目标、内容、途径和方法上存在的共同点,以及在各自的教育实施过程中能够达到相互渗透、相互促进的关系.着重分析了在就业指导中思想政治教育应发挥的具体作用.

And it is inevitable to provide all -the -way guidance for employment. This paper deals with the common issues in ideological education and employment guidance, and their mutual promoting functions. The focus of the paper is especially on the specific roles of ideological education in employment guidance. |
