| 摘 要： | 通过对土豆、牛肉、豆腐等物料进行实验,提出了进行冷冻干燥物料的预冻温度的确定方法.这对于防止目前许多冻干产品的盲目预冻结而造成的能源浪费,具有一定的指导意义.
