“一主线,两方向,三位一体,工学交替”的创新性人才培养模式

为了培养符合石油工程一线所需要的高素质、技能型人才,通过与实践专家进行多次研讨,石油工程系在国内率先创建了＂一主线,两方向,三位一体,工学交替＂的人才培养模式,构建了基于工作过程的专业课程体系,在实施过程中,校企双方共同进行教学质量的监控和考核,确保了人才培养的质量。

Personnel Training Mode:One Mainline,Two Directions,Three Unities,Work and School in Turn

To foster high quality and skill talented personnel to meet the need of petroleum engineering,the personnel training mode,which is one mainline,two directions,three unities,work and school in turn,was first put forward in China by the Department of Petroleum Engineering.Then the professional course system has been constructed.In the process of implementation,the teaching quality have been monitored and assessed by school and enterprise,which has ensured the quality of talented person.
