油库输油管道原油温降规律测试

摘    要:分析原油储运油库输油管道原油温度巡回监测系统的温度测试数据,得到油库输油管道原油降温规律:不同输油管道的温降速率与平均温差的关系不同,同一输油管道不同位置(轴向)处的温降速率与平均温差的关系也不同;随着平均温差的增大,位于中心右侧的输油管道的温降速率增大,位于中心左侧的输油管道的温降速率则减小;温降速率与平均温差并不呈线性关系.

Abstract:By analyzing the data which are obtained by oil pipeline crude oil temperature circuit monitor system,we summarize a series of oil temperature drop laws.A series of oil pipeline crude oil temperature are summarized.Not only the relations between the temperature drop rate and the mean temperature difference of the different oil pipelines are different,but also the relations of the different axial positions on the same pipeline are different.With the increase of the temperature difference,the temperature drop rate of the oil pipelines located in right side of the center line increases,but the temperature drop rate of the left side pipelines appears a deceasing situation.There is no linear relation between the temperature drop rate and mean temperature difference.
