高校学报编辑部与编辑学研究室“二合一”机制的构建

为推进编辑学的学科建设和理论创新,基于编辑学研究的"6个分歧点、6个不平衡点、2个难点和3个热点",阐述了编辑学研究的迫切性.以国家指导办好高校学报的3个纲领性文件为理论依据,鉴于《河南大学学报》编辑部建立编辑学研究室开展编辑学研究的有益尝试,着眼编辑学研究的实践性要求,根据高校对编辑学研究继续扩大其历史影响、具有有力的"论坛基础"(有组织指导、有专业园地、有自己的园地)、有较好的弹性工作空间、有比较安静并相对宽松的工作环境等领域特色,论证了在高校学报编辑部机制上构建编辑学研究室的可行性.提出了"因学报编辑部是学术组织,应将其纳入科研编制而非行政机关,并在高校范围内,建立并推广依托学报编辑部建立编辑学研究室的‘一套人马,两块牌子’的责任机制和研究机制"等政策性建议.
