塑性变形单晶铜线材织构的研究

摘    要:将单晶连铸技术制备的直径Φ8 mm工业单晶铜线材,在C733-4/ZF型工业拉丝机上按同一方向冷拔至直径分别为Φ4 mm、Φ2 mm和Φ1 mm的铜线材,应用极图分析和织构定量计算的方法研究了变形量与织构的关系.结果表明:变形单晶铜线材中的形变织构主要为<100>丝织构,也有少量<110>丝织构;随着变形量的增加,<100>丝织构的体积百分数先减小后增加,而<110>丝织构先增加后减小.

Study of Texture in Deformed Single Crystal Copper Wires

Abstract:Single crystal copper wire with diameter 8 mm produced by ohno continuous casting method were drawn into fine wires with diameter of 4 mm,2 mm and 1 mm by C733-4/ZF industry drawbench.The relation ship of deformation and texture were studied by X-ray diffraction technique(ODF analysis).The results showed that most deforming texture in single crystal copper wires is of <100> texture type,and a few of them is of <110> texture type.With the increase of deformation extent,the volume percentage of <100> texture type is reduced at first,and increased afterwards,but that of <110> texture type is increased at first and then is reduced.
