| 摘 要： | 为了能更好地发展西安高新技术产业,并为相关政府部门在制定有关政策时作参考.本文采用偏离-份额法(shift-share method)将西安高新产业六个部门在1996年到2000年与2000年到2003年两个时期的发展状况与全国同部门进行了对比.研究表明在西安高新产业的六个部门中:交通运输制造业在两个时期发展速度都是最快的,电子及通信设备制造业在后一时期比前一时期发展迅速;后一时期的产业结构比前一时期有了很大的优化;交通运输制造业、专用设备制造业、医药制造业三个行业的竞争力后一时期比前一时期呈现明显的上升.

| Abstract: | To develop the high and new industry in Xi'an and give some advice for the government section's establishing related policy.In this paper,we study the six sections in Xi'an high-tech Industry of two period(1996-2000 and 2000-2003) with shift-share method compare the same sections in our nation,showing the transportation manufacturing industry is all fastest in two period developments speed,showing the development of electronics and correspondence equipments manufacturing industry in latter period is bigger than that in former period,showing the industrial structure of the latter period is more excellent than that of the former period and showing an obvious up-trend of The opposite competitive advantage of transportation manufacturing industry,appropriation equipments manufacturing industry and medicine manufacturing between the two periods. |
