摘 要: | 研发人员的胜任力影响着企业的创新绩效,文中旨在通过企业研发人员可拓综合评价模型帮助企业完善对研发人员的考核.基于胜任力素质特征以及研发人员工作特征等,构建了研发人员胜任力评价指标体系,包括知识水平、个人品质、团队协作、工作能力、自我管理与发展五个方面.同时尝试将可拓综合评价方法应用于研发人员胜任力的评价中,建立了研发人员胜任力可拓综合评价模型,并以某研发人员胜任力的考评得分为例,同时借助Excel软件进行了实例分析,最终得到定量的数值评定结果.研究证明了该方法的实用性,表明将可拓综合评价法引入研发人员胜任力的考评中,在一定程度上能够弥补传统人力资源考评系统的不足,增加考评结果的客观性.

Abstract: | R&D personnel’s competence influences the innovation performance of the enterprise .In this study ,a R&D staff competency evaluation index system was constructed based on competency characteristics and R&D job characteristics .T he evaluation index system includes five aspects :knowledge level ,individual quality ,teamwork ,working ability ,self-management and development .The extension synthetic evaluation was applied in the R&D personnel’s competence evaluation to establish the extension synthetic evaluation model of R&D personnel’s competence .An empirical analysis was made of R&D personnel competency assessment scores with Excellsoftware ,with quantitative numerical evaluation results obtained .The results prove the practicality of this method .Applying the extension synthetic evaluation to the performance appraisal of R&D personnel ’ s competence can , to a certain degree ,compensate the deficiencies of the traditional human resources evaluation system ,making the appraisal more objective . |
